Barbusano red is produced from Aragonês, Touriga Nacional and Merlot grapes. it may be possible that the red wines will be discontinued going forward.

The Rose from Barbusano is a variety is produced exclusively from Touriga Nacional grapes.

Some of the White varieties of Barbusano are produced exclusively from Verdelho grapes, the entry level white also includes Arnsberger. Going forward, Barbusano is likely to focus more and more on the white grape varieties.

It is possible to visit Quinta do Barbusano for a wine tasting vineyard tour and meal. Highly recommended. The meal consists of estepada cooked on a flaming grill and is quite delicious. Naturally there is an excellent selection of wines to accompany the meal.
